Pharmaceutical company # 1 worldwide, decided to enter the pulmonology market in Spain for the first time and needed a commercial strategy with the implementation of a new sales network in the national territory.



The pulmonology market research was carried out.

A study was made of the competitors, their market share, marketing strategy and how they positioned their products.

A commercial network of 250 people was implemented and a successful positioning provided a 10% market share in the first year. The franchise achieved 100 M in the fifth year of its implementation.
